Our hugely popular Children’s Holiday Sewing Classes are held in the school holidays daily from 10am-4pm (following Bradford term dates) and are perfect for creative children wanting to learn to sew or improve their sewing skills.
With no more than ten students in a class and Leonie plus a student helper on hand the children are guaranteed lots of expert tuition while they get crafty making, bunting, bags, cushion covers, seasonal decorations and much much more!
The class is for children aged between 8- 16 years old and they don’t need to have any previous sewing experience. We’ll provide all the equipment and materials, all you need to do is bring a packed lunch and bucket loads of energy and enthusiasm!

Young Designer’s Sewing Club run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after school. The classes are designed to give Year 6’s and secondary school aged students time and space outside school and home to develop their sewing skills and build their confidence in a calm, creative and nurturing environment.
With no more than ten in a class, students are guaranteed lots of expert tuition and encouragement from Leonie whether they’re learning a skill for Duke of Edinburgh, supporting their school studies or simply wanting a creative outlet.
We’ll give you a sewing project to get you going but after that it’s up to you and your imagination. You might want to design and make your own clothes, follow a dressmaking pattern, upcycle your charity shop finds, try slow sewing, make soft furnishings for your bedroom or make do & mending!
When: Tuesdays 4-5.30pm and Wednesday 3-4.30pm
Price: £60 for five classes (classes a run in half term blocks to coincide with school terms)
