Beginners Sewing Class currently fully booked: Email Leonie to join the waiting list or read about our other sewing classes
From students who’ve never switched on a sewing machine to those who haven’t sewn since school, our friendly Thursday evening beginners sewing class is a friendly mix of newbie and novice sewers and students wanting to boost their sewing confidence.
Each student has a slightly different starting point, and thanks to our small classes, we can guarantee you plenty of time with the tutor so that you can build your skills and your confidence.
That’s the good news. The bad news is that our Thursday evening beginners’ class is currently fully booked (as of June 2021) but, don’t despair! We do have availability in our open/general sewing classes and workshops.
If you’re worried that you’re not ready for our general sewing class – let me reassure you! Our classes are small with no more than 8 students which means that your sewing tutor will be able to give you plenty of support with your chosen sewing project. That might be refreshing your sewing skills and giving you a confidence boost. We’re proud of our friendly classes, it’s a space where everyone is welcome and supported.
So, if you’ve been glued to The Great British Sewing Bee, and fancy digging out your sewing kit, take a look at our daytime sewing classes. We’d love to see you there.
